Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you have a change of heart shortly after placing your order and want to request your order to be cancelled or changed you must do so by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your full name, order number & email address used for the order. We will check if it is possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched and will confirm back via email.
Are returns free of charge?
Unfortunately not, it is the customers responsibility to send the item back to us. We do not currently offer free returns.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it. You also have to send it back in it’s original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and payments will be made back to the original payment method used to buy the item. You can also ask for a credit to be applied to your account with Worthberry.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
